Subaru “Share the Love Event” Benefits Parker Task Force

  • by

During our April 16 Food Drive Parker Task Force was delighted to receive a personal visit and generous donation from Subaru of America’s 2022 Share the Love Event. Now in its 14th year, the charity empowers participating Subaru retailers to choose local impactful nonprofits to support and help “Share the Love.”

PTF’s primary focus is our community supported food bank – about 50% of our clients are single-parent families and senior citizens who rely on the food bank for their nutritional needs. High housing costs combined with recent pandemic-related health, family and employment issues have led to an influx of client families needing vital financial assistance. This substantial donation, presented to volunteer Chairman Steve Budnack by AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe management, will be used in conjunction with our mission to provide individuals and families in the community with food, limited financial assistance and other support services to help clients become self-sufficient. In February 2022 our 100% volunteer staff celebrated 35 years dedicated to delivering these services with compassion, dignity and respect. Thank you, AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe and Subaru of America, Inc., for “Sharing the Love” with the Parker Task Force, its volunteers and clients.
